LARGE SCALE DIMENSION

A full scale (24 units) facility’s capital investment cost would be approximately $6,750,000,000 plus. With a power output of 24 GW (24 million kilowatt hours) and a 10¢ per kwh return for the electricity supplied, the anticipated annual income would be approximately $21,024,000,000. At this rate it is anticipated that the recovery of the initial capital investment for the power plant, could be recovered in the plant’s first full year of operation.  A full scale facility (48 units) would be double the capacity (48 gigawatts)of a 24 unit facility with approximately twice the production and cost (13.5 B).
The plus portion of the anticipated capital cost of a facility would be predicated solely upon what is developed inside the facility. The approximate dimensions of a full scale facility would encompass a base diameter of 2,000 feet, a circumference of 1 mile, with an overall height of 2,600 feet (½ mile). If a decision were made to finish the interior, of what in essence would be a completely enclosed facility with approximately 25,000,000 square feet of interior space, there would be ample room for a sports stadium and an indoor theme park on the ground floor. Upper levels of the facility could be used to house a World Trade Center, Apartment Complex, Hospital, Hotel, Shopping Center, Restaurants, etc. creating a virtual city under one roof in which hundreds of thousands of people would interact daily in a facility creating its own power supply and selling the excess power (approx. 90%) to another consumer.
The anticipated time required to develop a power plant would range from one year plus for a single small scale unit to as long as 10 years for a full scale power plant. It would be predicated on numerous factors such as size, logistics, licensing, financial requirements etc. Each facility’s development would be unique in its own right.
Unlike traditional fossil fuel power plants, WINDWALKER facilities are non-polluting and are responsive to legislative and regulatory policies favoring renewable resources or requiring consideration of environmental externalities. The WINDWALKER system can be built on a small or large scale; therefore, its plants can be built virtually anywhere.

The Company recognizes that it will have a significant opportunity to develop plants due to the world-wide demand for new and or replacement energy. It has been estimated that the United States will require up to 245,000 MW of additional capacity in the next two decades, costing as much as 200 billion dollars. International capacity additions are expected to be at least 52 times the United States' requirements. Based on the rate at which utilities are signing contracts for the purchase of wind power, the interest expressed by utilities in assisting companies in the development of wind facilities, and the legislative and regulatory encouragement of environmentally preferred generating technologies, the Company believes that utilities will select WINDWALKER for a portion of their new and replacement generating capacity. Such selection would create a significant expansion of the wind power market, creating opportunities for rapid and substantial growth of the Company's business.
