POSITIVE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
The WINDWALKER electrical energy system derives its energy from the wind and does not produce pollutants such as acid rain which is a by-product of coal and natural gas fired power plants. It also serves as an alternative to oil, gas, and nuclear power and its inherent liabilities.
Environmental Studies
The Company does not anticipate having to comply with any more than the standard regulations that apply to present wind energy systems which effects at present are not adverse. City, county, state, and federal laws have already been enacted in western states to encourage 3+ cents per kWh renewable energy incentives, and accommodate alternate energy development to help insure its success, with the added bonus of no state or federal permitting or licensing requirements.
Business and Properties
The Company proposes to produce electricity through the development and production of a wind driven electrical energy system. Due to its ability to accelerate the wind, the WINDWALKER system is a substantial improvement over the solar chimney power plants, built by Schleich & Bergman in Manzanares, Spain. Having been built and tested over a ten (10) year period, the prototype served as a proof of concept and projection facility, and sustained the validity of the chimney concept of power production.
